Living Traditions has 4 performance locations. The North Stage, South Stage, Amphitheater, and East Lawn. 

  • The North Stage is located on the North end of 200 E. 
  • The South Stage is located on the South lawn of the City and County building. 
  • The Amphitheater is located on the Library Square Plaza. 
  • The East Lawn is located on the Library’s Lawn, next to the Kids Area.

Friday Night Headliner - PAMYUA

Pamyua is an Alaska-based performance group dedicated to preserving and sharing Inuit traditions, history, and music. With their unique blend of Inuit soul and tribal funk, Pamyua is bringing the music and culture of Indigenous people to new audiences.

The Brazuca Band have been making Brazilian music in Utah for 6 years, including 3 years with the Living Traditions Festival. This year’s performance features a high-voltage celebration of Brazilian rhythm, color, & grooves. 

Saturday Night Headliner - Preservation Hall Jazz Band

North Stage 8:30 PM - 10 PM

Preservation Hall Jazz Band has held the torch of New Orleans music aloft for more than 65 years, all the while carrying it enthusiastically forward as a reminder that the history they were founded to preserve is a vibrantly living history.

Kenshin Taiko

Kenshin Taiko has been performing Japanese taiko drumming for 30 years, as 2026 marks their 30th year! This year’s performance features heart-pounding rhythms from various regions of Japan, celebrating a rich cultural heritage that was brought to the United States in the 1960s.
